Payments For Purchases by Check Or Money Order If payment is not received within 10 business days, all items will be returned to inventory.
Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package and condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment (excludes closeout, food, food preparation/kitchen items or special orders
which are not returnable). Before returning any product, you will need to request an RMA number. Just e-mail us at: returns@shoptejas.com Non-requested returns will not be accepted. Please Note: Damaged items MUST be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
